By purchasing a ticket or attending 12 Degrees Festival, you agree to the following terms:

Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.
Entry may be refused to anyone without a valid ticket.

Event Changes

Line-ups, venues and timings may be subject to change.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel parts of the event if necessary.

Behaviour

We want 12 Degrees Festival to feel safe, welcoming and respectful for everyone.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees behaving aggressively, dangerously or inappropriately.

Liability

Attendees enter festival venues at their own risk. 12 Degrees Festival is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged during the event.

Photography & Media

Photography and video may take place during the festival for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in festival media coverage unless requested otherwise.
